The development of fire-proof filling (charging) structures in past was a actual test method in which the performance of the product was checked through repeated tests, and the approximation of securing the performance was gradually reduced by changing the product specifications without reviewing the failed data and testing again. In this study, however, the heat transfer characteristics of industrial facilities such as pipes and cables used in various ways of design configuration and various insulation materials themselves are simultaneously applied, and the appropriate length of insulation material, type of insulation material, shape of insulation material, etc. are reviewed in advance before testing. The present result, which was developed while repeatedly spending expensive test fees on test facilities, is more realistic through pre-simulation and verification through modeling, and it is expected that it will be easy to develop various fire-proof filling (charging) structures that can prevent deterioration in constructability, economic feasibility, and facility function
