We provide the algorithm of constructing a global solution for nonhomogeneous partial differential equation with deviating argument in the time variable in a form ut(x, t) = p(t)uxx(x, t + μ) + q(x, t), (x, t) ∈ Q, u(0, t) = u(l, t) = 0, t ∈ R, where Q = {(x, t) : 0 < x < l, t ∈ R} and deviation μ ∈ R \ {0}.
