Distributed leadership practices among school leaders is a critical success element in implement of Malaysia Education Blueprint (2013-2025) to enhance effective leadership practices. This study was performed to determine the relationship between distributed leadership and conflict management among school leaders. This study used a quantitative approach in cross-sectional study to collect data regarding distributed leadership and conflict management. The population of this study was involve secondary school leaders in northern zone, Peninsular Malaysia and stratified random sampling was used to select respondents. This study was adopt from Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) questionnaire developed by Kouzes and Posner in 1995 and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory - II (ROCI-II) questionnaire, which was built by Rahim in 1983. The finding shows have a positive significant relationship between distributed leadership and conflict management. Distributed leadership also found to influence conflict management in schools. Thus the elements of distributed leadership should be practices by school leaders in ensuring the effectiveness of leadership can be achieved as outlined in the Education Development Plan 2013-2025.
