The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristic difference of basketball and football players' lower limb strength. Through using the method of mathematical statistics, literature review and experiment, the Kistler force platform, joint angle ruler and metronome, this paper makes unified action requirements of CMJ, CJb and CJs test for 50 second-class basketball players and 40 football players. The research results show that 1) the CMJ test results show that the basketball players' height of vertical jump higher than football players and other parameters no significant difference;basketball players jump height and fast twitch muscle fiber ratio and average power is highly positively correlated, and pre tension effect was positively related, force and instantaneous value low correlation;and football players jump height and average power and fast twitch muscle fiber ratio showed a highly positive correlation, force and instantaneous value and pre stretching effect correlation degree is low. 2) CJs test, basketball and football players of average height index has very significant difference, the average power index has significant difference. Other indexes had no significant difference;the average height of basketball and football players are and average power were highly correlated, and leg balance index was positively. Average power (pavg) and maximum height and leg balance index was highly correlated;lower extremity stiffness and average contact time was highly negative correlation. 3) CJb test, the indexes of basketball and football players had no significant difference;basketball player to average power and the average height and average instantaneous values were highly correlated;the average instantaneous value and the average time was highly correlated;highly fatigue index and power fatigue index was highly correlated. Football players, in addition to the height of the fatigue index and power index of fatigue low correlation, the results consistent with basketball player. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
为探索篮球和足球项目运动员下肢力量的特征差异,运用数理统计法、文献资料法、实验法等方法,使用Kistler测力台,关节角度尺和节拍器等仪器,对50名篮球二级运动员和40名足球二级运动员进行统一动作要求的CMJ、CJb和CJs动作测试。分析结果:1)CMJ测试结果显示,篮球运动员的纵跳高度高于足球运动员,其他参数未见显著差异;篮球运动员的起跳高度与快肌纤维比和平均功率呈高度正相关,与预拉伸效果呈正相关,与瞬时力值相关度较低;而足球运动员的起跳高度与平均功率和快肌纤维比呈高度正相关,与瞬时力值和预拉伸效果相关度较低。2)CJs测试中,篮球和足球运动员的平均高度指标具有非常显著差异,平均功率指标具有显著差异,其余指标均未见显著差异;篮球和足球运动员的平均高度均与平均功率呈高度相关,与腿部平衡指数呈正相关;平均功率与平均高度和腿部平衡指数呈高度相关;下肢刚度与平均接触时间呈高度负相关。3)CJb测试中,篮球和足球运动员的各项指标均未见显著差异;篮球运动员平均功率与平均高度和平均瞬时力值呈高度相关;平均瞬时力值和平均时间呈高度相关;高度疲劳指数和功率疲劳指数呈高度相关。足球运动员除高度疲劳指数和功率疲劳指数相关度较低外,其余与篮球运动员结果一致。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
