Hockey is a team game that involves a lot of technique, fast pace and very good physical training for athletes. In the same context, this sport is one with permanent contact between athletes or between them and the coat or the playing surface (ice), which is why traumatic injuries are common (especially in the shoulders, knees, trunk, elbows etc). However, the main affected area is the lumbar spine, this segment being permanently requested during the game. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
