Lockheed's chief information officer (CIO) Sondra Barbour says the company has integrated social tools with its existing ways of doing business. Walton Smith of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. says the consulting firm's Enterprise 2.0 portal gives employees a platform through which they can comment on issues and contribute their ideas.
