The article examines the success rate of parent participation in programs developed by the Cranston Family Center and Child Opportunity Zone (COZ) in Rhode Island that aims to bring families and schools together to support student success. According to a study, the COZ has proven effective in increasing family involvement in schools and promotes positive outcomes for children. The article also outlines the four tier delivery system of the Cranston programs such as family support and strengthening and family leadership, among others.
