The XPS and XES investigations of YBa2Cu3O7 (Ag) and magnetron sputtered films were performed. Temperature dependence of copper atoms charge state has been revealed in films and doped ceramics connected with crystallite orientation. Cu 2p 1 2 core level splitting at room temperature was found. Low temperature copper 3d- band shifts and Cu L spectra broadenings have been observed.
