Giesecke J. A. and Madden J. R. Uncovering the factors behind comparative regional economic performance: a multi-regional computable general equilibrium (CGE) approach, Regional Studies. Recently, a new method has emerged for uncovering the factors driving regional growth disparities. The method involves historical analysis with a multi-regional computable general equilibrium (CGE) model. This paper has three main aims.
