In this paper, a switch-mode CMOS Hall sensor circuit is designed, which used the quadrature current method and chopper stabilization technique to eliminate the offset voltage from the Hall component and the amplifier. At the same time, the chopper amplifier can be used to amplify the effective Hall signal. Finally, the modulation-demodulation method is used to eliminate the offset voltage from the Hall component and the amplifier. Using a 0.18µ CMOS process model in Cadence simulation environment, the simulation results show that the sensor can effectively eliminate 10mV offset voltage from the Hall component and the amplifier. The final output of hall voltage with 0, 1 level.
