Research aim - to evaluate visual movement therapy impact on the patients after stroke gait, balance and emotional state. The goals: 1) determine the visual movements replication on patients experienced cerebral ischemic stroke, gait, balance and emotional state before and after 3 weeks; 2) to determine the effects of physiotherapy patients experienced cerebral ischemic stroke, gait, balance and emotional state before and after 3 weeks; 3) to evaluate the visual movements replication application performance when compared with traditional physical therapy patients experienced ischemic cerebral stroke gait, balance and emotional state. Methods. Sixty patients after ischemic stroke participated in the study. Participants were classified into two groups: control group and study group. Control group 3 weeks has been subject to physical therapy gym 6 times a week, 2 times a day, the session duration of 30 minutes. Physical therapy was designed to balance the use of pads balance, gait, the weight of a carrier to improve. The study group for 3 weeks were subject to physical therapy and visual movements replication method. Visual movement replication method - it is a method that creates a virtual environment using various visual games avalanche gait and balance. Physical therapy with visual movement are held for 6 days a week, 2 times a day, in the morning - physical therapy, and in the afternoon - eye movements replication sessions, all sessions lasted 30 minutes. To assess the results used Berg Balance Scale sitting and standing, a Mini-mental state test, Tinetti balance and gait scale, the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, „Up & go“ test. Data analysis performed using IBM SPSS 22.0 software. All the data did not meet the assumptions of normality, so the application of non-parametric criteria. The two independent samples comparison of Manio Whitney criteria for dependent samples - nonparametric Wilcoxon test. Data are presented as median(xme), minimum (xmin), maximum (xmax) and average value (x ̅ ) - xme(xmin - xmax; x ̅). Differences at p
