ARHI(AplysiarashomologI)是由YU等在1999年从人卵巢和乳腺上皮细胞及其癌细胞中克隆并命名,定位于人染色体1p31,全长8kb,包含2个外显子,一个内含子,编码26-KD的GTP结合蛋白。ARHI是一种单等位基因表达和母源性印迹的基因,它在肿瘤细胞中表达异常从而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长、运动和侵袭。核转录因子(nuclearfactor-κB)是1986年Sen和Baltimore首先于B淋巴细胞核抽提物中发现的一种结合于免疫球蛋白κ轻链增强子上的核蛋白。文献报道,NF-κB通过对相应基因的转录调节促进肿瘤的发生、肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移。NF-κB特别是RelA(P65). ; ARHI( Ras homolog member I ) was first identified from ovarian and breast cancers cell by Yu at 1999.
