體育學系 ; 隨著足球比賽的攻防速度越來越快,比賽過程越加緊湊,故要求更高水準之足球專項體能,其中下肢動力特性尤為重要。田徑運動中跳高屬於速度性力量之項目,強調下肢爆發力之體能表現。目的:探討應用跳高式下肢肌力訓練模式介入足球運動員專項體能訓練之效應。研究方法:以二十名大專足球運動員為受試對象,隨機分配為實驗組(10名)與控制組(10名),實驗期間兩組平時均執行一般足球專項訓練,而訓練組除平時足球專項訓練外,再加入8週跳高式下肢肌力訓練模式訓練,全體受試者於訓練前、後接受速度(6 14±0 27 vs 5 72±0 34;6 23±0 3 vs 6 19±0 55)、敏捷性(16 64±0 8 vs 15 53±0 93;15 88±0 9 vs 15 65±0 85)、下肢動力(32 83±4 99 vs 36 96±3 37;36 22±4 02 vs 34 56±5 12)與足球專項能力(13 3±2 41 vs 13 5±1 25;13 3±1 7 vs 13 1±0 88)測驗。結果:經過8週跳高式下肢肌力訓練模式訓練後,一、實驗組之40公尺衝刺速度能力;敏捷性;下肢動力之表現均顯著提升;二、足球專項運動表現無顯著差異。結論:8週之跳高式下肢肌力訓練模式訓練介入,有助提升足球運動員運動能力表現。 ; The faster attacking/defending during match the soccer competitions tension more and more compactly The higher-level soccer specific performance especially like lower-limb power is demanded High jump emphasizing the lower-limb power is a speed power mode competition in track and field Aims: To investigate the effects of applying strength training mode of high jump (LHJ) on sports performance in soccer players Methods: Twenty male college soccer players were separated into two groups: group (1) LHJ training group (completed a 8 weeks LHJ training 120 min/time� 4times/week); group (2) control (normal training) The performances including speed (40 meters dash) agility (Illinois agility T agility) strength (squat jump SJ) lower-limb power (countermovement jump CMJ; continuous jump straight legs CJs; run-up jump RUJ) and soccer skills (overhead throw ball 15 meters dribbling shuttle run) were measured before/after training Results: (1)There were significantly increased sport performances in speed (40 m dash) and lower-limb power (SJ CMJ CJs RUJ) in LHJ training group (2) There are not any significantly increased in soccer specific performance Conclusions: There results suggested that 8 weeks LHJ training might have the benefits for the sport performances in soccer players
