This recording is a summary of “Managing for the Future: the 1990s and Beyond”. A narrator gives the summary followed by an interview with Peter Drucker. Drucker advises that it doesn’t take special personality traits to make someone a good leader, you should never surprise your boss even with something positive, and overrate your boss rather than underrating them. Corporate take overs, employee and employer relationships, and strengths and weaknesses are also discussed. Drucker also states that market research is never a substitute for knowing the market and the customer.
