MESRI decided to appeal against the interim order of the tribunal administratif de Paris (Administrative Court, Paris) of 9 March 2021, which ordered it to invite Ferc-CGT to the meetings of the monitoring committee of the agreement of 12 October 2020 on the improvement of remuneration and careers, and learned AEF info on 29 March 2021. The court justified its decision by the fact that the discussions of that monitoring committee covered matters wider than those alleged.
