Računalni sustavi (RS) koriste se u mnogim sferama poslovanja. U ovom radu opisat ćemo računalne sustave u farmaceutskoj industriji na svim razinam sa ciljem automatizacije poslovnih procesa, povećanje efikasnosti i djelotvornosti rada te integracije na lokalnoj i globalnoj razini. Svaki računalni sustav u farmaceutskoji industriji mora imati propisane radne upute koje opisuju osnovne principe korištenja računalnih sustava. U pute moraju imati definirane osnovne pojmove i propisati onovne principe koji moraju zadovoljavati računalni sustavi sa stanovišta zahtjeva koje mora farmaceutska industrija zadovoljiti na sustavnom i proceduralnom planu. ; Computer systems (RS) are used in many areas of business. In this paper, we will describe computer systems in the pharmaceutical industry at all levels with the aim of automating business processes, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of work and integration at the local and global level. Every computer system in the pharmaceutical industry must have prescribed operating instructions that describe the basic principles of using computer systems. The paths must have defined basic concepts and prescribe the principles that must be met by computer systems in terms of requirements that the pharmaceutical industry must meet in a systematic and procedural plan.
