非同步網路新生兒照護教育之發展成效探討 ; The effect of a prenatal web-based newborn care education on mother's newborn care knowledge, and maternal confidence

由於產婦的住院天數縮短,很多婦女可能尚未準備好學習如何照顧新生兒,就已出院。因此本研究在產前給予婦女們非同步網路新生兒照護教育,並測試其成效。採類實驗法,於北部某醫學中心的婦產科門診,以立意取樣法選取118人初產婦作為對象,以區段式的隨機分配方式分組,實驗組61人與對照組57人。對照組接受醫院現行的新生兒照護衛教,實驗組在懷孕32-34週時提供非同步網路新生兒照護教育,研究工具為新生兒照護知識量表以及母育信心量表,研究對象參與研究當天作前測,參與滿4週後作後測,以新生兒照護知識量表評估;於產後2週與6週,以母育信心量表來評估,以瞭解提供網路新生兒照護教育前後,新生兒照護知識與母育信心的變化情形。前測與後測研究資料結果顯示網路教學確實能有效增加婦女的新生兒照護知識與母育信心,且實驗組婦女的新生兒照護知識與母育信心皆顯著高於對照組,研究結果可提供醫療院所,在產前給予婦女新生兒照護教育,以提高婦女新生兒照護知識與母育信心。 ; Because of pre-maternal mothers reduce their stay in the hospitals. After leaving the hospitals, most mothers are not prepared for infant care, the testing and result of this research is based on pre-maternal mothers asynchronous web based newborn care education.This research adopting Quasi-experimental research, in the obstetrics and gynecology department of a medical center of the north, choose 118 pre-maternal women as target with purposive sampling and divide into groups by block randomization that 61 of them are experiment while the rest 57 as control. The control group adopt the existing newborn care education given by the hospital, while web-based newborn care education is applied to the experiment group after 32-34 weeks of pregnancy. Knowledge of Infant Care Chart (KICC) and Maternal Confidence Questionnaire (MCQ) are the analytic tool for the research. KICC is given to the target at the same day of participating as pre-test as well as 4 weeks after participating as post-test when MCQ is taken both 2 weeks and 6 weeks after parturition. Both of the chart and questionnaire are used to reveal the variation of infant care knowledge and maternal confidence. The consequences of pre-test and post-test indicate that web-based newborn care education could effectively improve infant care knowledge and raise maternal confidence of lying-in woman, besides, the infant care knowledge and maternal confidence of the experiment group is significantly better than the control group.
