; By favouring a reading of prostitution from a gender perspective, the drafters of the bill against the prostitution system, currently under discussion in the Parliaments, struggle to analyse the intertwining of these relationships with those of class and race. Prostitution is not only individualised but also dematerialised. This dematerialisation manifests itself in the few real alternatives proposed to address the specific precariousness of women, both in economic terms and in their geographical and legal mobility.
