CUN suppresses tumor growth in vivo .

MCF-7 cells were subcutaneously injected into female BALB/c nude mice (n = 10/group), followed by 30 mg/kg/d curcumin treatment for 4 weeks. DFO or NS (30 mg/kg) were administered by intraperitoneal injection three times a week following administration of curcumin. A: Measurement of the body weight of mice.
