Cita Nasional. This study uses 40 re pondent produ ction employees. Sample was taken with random sampling method. The research data was obtained from a questionnair e (primary), literature study and direct interviews with respond ent according to the purp ose of this study . The analysis technique uses simpel linear regression. The results of this study indicate that internal and externalf actors simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty CV. Cita Nasional. Partially, the variable of work motivation and compensation obtained a significant effect, then f or the variables of j ob appraisal, j ob satisfaction, and pe rfo rmance did not significantly influence employee loyalty.
