L’articolo rivela l’essenza dei concetti «motivo», «motivazione»; vengono considerati i motivi interni ed esterni dell’istruzione superiore degli studenti; viene studiata la dinamica del cambiamento dell’attività motivazionale degli studenti del college pedagogico durante l’istruzione. L’analisi di condizioni e fattori che influenzano la formazione di motivazione positiva come componente importante della formazione di qualità e dello sviluppo professionale del futuro specialista. An important condition for the training of future professionals is the motivation of educational activities. According to the analysis of literature sources, in a significant category of applicants, it disappears before it appears, in another – for various reasons, lost over time. To form a positive motivation to study is not just to put in the minds of students a ready goal and motives, but to create conditions in an environment where they want to learn. Therefore, the problem of forming a positive motivation of higher pedagogical education to study is relevant in today’s context. It is an integral part of future professional development and becoming a professional. The study showed that the motives for learning first- and fourth-year students differ significantly. The motivation of a particular student to work and study is influenced by certain factors: interest in the subject, perception of its fullness, general desire to perform theoretical and practical tasks, self-confidence, self-esteem, patience and perseverance. Not all students are motivated by the same values, needs, desires. One of the main tasks of teachers of higher education institutions is to form in students a stable motivation to learn throughout life. This will help them to define themselves professionally and become qualified specialists. It is important to build the educational process on the basis of partnership pedagogy, providing subject-subject interaction in an atmosphere of friendliness, empathy and acceptance. ; В статті розкрито сутність понять «мотив», ...
