Today, the way to gain a competitive advantage is to attract qualified employees who meet the needs of the knowledge economy and ensure their organizational commitment. For this, the process of selection and selection of personnel that creates a positive perception of justice in the organizations should be well planned and implemented. This research examines what systems should be put in place by organizations to ensure that the process is perceived as fair by candidates. The fact that the recruitment and selection process is a process based on two-way communication between the organization and the candidate is not sufficiently taken into account, and the opinions and views of the candidates are neglected. Candidates who leave the process with a negative perception can seriously damage an organization's brand, image and reputation, and recruits may be reluctant to perform adequately.
