In experiments were worked out and in clinical practice were approved two original techniques of photocoagulation-photoablation destruction of rather volumetric intraocular tumors (200-400 mm3 )by thickness greater than 3 mm with the help of deeply penetrating infrared laser radiations of A-range (λ = 1.06 or 0.81 mkm). In variant of transpupillary effect preference returned to quasicontinuous radiations ophthalmooncocoagulator Ladoga-Neodymium. At pulse duration measurable in hundreds microseconds with frequency of following up to 50 Hz and energy in impulse about 100 millijoules it was possible to destroy tumors in 85 cases among 122. Total absorbed energy in the target was varied from 500 till 1500 Joules. Periods of observation last 4 -12 years. Diode laser of the Milon corporation with a glass-fibre tip was applied in a course of vitreoectomy in variant of contactly compressive effects on juxtapapillary located tumors. Applied constant radiation power 1.6 W. Tumors were liquidated at total absorbed energy also up to 500 pules in 1 cases among 12. Periods of observation last 2 - 4 years. Both variants of laser treatment deserve more broad application in clinical practice.
