This article is concerned with the conceptual aspects, parameters, and design characteristics of the T-130/160-12.8 cogeneration turbine of the new generation manufactured at the Leningrad Metal Works (AO LMZ) for the PGU-220 combined-cycle installation at the Tyumen' cogeneration station TETs-1.
