Les lymphomes non-Hodgkiniens (LNH) extra-ganglionnaires de la région cervico-faciale sont le plus souvent observés au niveau de l'anneau lymphoïde de Waldeyer. Cependant, au niveau de la fosse infra-temporale (FIT), ces lymphomes sont exceptionnels, 7 cas seulement ont été rapportés. Ces LNH de la FIT ne présentent aucun tableau clinique ou radiologique spécifique et leur diagnostic ne peut se faire qu'à la suite d'une étude anatomo-pathologique aidée générale( ment par des tests immuno-histochimiques. Les auteurs se proposent, à l'aide d'un cas supplémentaire, de discuter les particularités épidémiologiques, diagnostiques, thérapeutiques et pronostiques de ces tumeurs.
