Zugriff:
An ultrastable integrated CMOS oscillator capable of replacing crystal oscillators in many applications is presented. The frequency and thermal stability can be precisely adjusted with two ordinary external resistors or with two on-chip resistors. The power supply sensitivity can be made nearly zero in specified voltage ranges determined during construction.
