Cet article édite des règles de délinéation des organes à risque pour la radiothérapie conformationnelle avec modulation d'intensité (RCMI) des tumeurs des voies aérodigestives supérieures, à partir des données anatomiques, d'imagerie et physiopathologiques, en tenant compte des impératifs quotidiens de l'oncologue radiothérapeute. L'uniformisation de la délinéation des organes à risque par un consensus permettrait l'homogénéisation des pratiques et une comparaison objective de la toxicité induite par la radiothérapie dans les essais à venir.
