The 321 GHz 1029 → 936 transition of water vapor was observed toward a sample of oxygen-rich late-type stars, all of which show maser emission in the well-studied 22 GHz 616-523 line of water. The 321 GHz line is detected toward eight Mira variables, two semiregulars, and the supergiant VY CMa and most likely shows maser action in all cases. For one star, two 321 HGz spectra taken 2 months apart show clear signs of variability. Spectra of the 22 GHz water line were taken almost simultaneously with the 321 GHz spectra.
