Problèmes de Cauchy multipériodiques et solitons quasipériodiques pour les équations de Klein-Gordon non linéaires sur R2 / Multiperiodic Cauchy problems and quasiperiodic solitons for nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations on R2

On présente et on discute un théorème nouveau concernant l'existence de solutions réelles (x, t1, ..., tN)→U(x, t1, ..., tN) de certains problèmes de Cauchy sur R×RN3(x, t1, ..., tN), où N∈N+∩ [2, ∞). Ces solutions sont périodiques de périodes prescrites dans chaque direction de coordonnée tj, et décroissent exponentiellement vers une solution d'équilibre constante lorsque x→±∞. Ces problèmes de Cauchy multipériodiques sont définis de telle façon que les sections des fonctions (x, t1, ..., tN)→U(x, t1, ..., tN) par la diagonale principale de RN engendrent des solutions classiques d'équations de Klein-Gordon non linéaires de la forme utt(x, t)=uxx(x, t)-g(u(x, t)), où g:R→R est analytique et où (x, t)∈R2. Ces dernières solutions sont ainsi exponentiellement localisées dans la variable spatiale et quasipériodiques dans la variable temporelle dans le sens traditionnel de Bohl et Esclangon.

We present and discuss a new theorem concerning the existence of real solutions (x, t1, ..., tN)→U(x, t1, ..., tN) to certain Cauchy problems on R×RN3(x, t1, ..., tN), where N∈N+∩[2, ∞). Those solutions are periodic of prescribed periods in every coordinate direction tj, and decay exponentially rapidly to a constant equilibrium solution as x→±∞. Those multiperiodic Cauchy problems are defined in such a way that the sections of the functions (x, t1, ..., tN)→U(x, t1, ..., tN) by the main diagonal in RN generate classical solutions to nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations of the form utt(x, t)=uxx(x,t)-g(u(x, t)), where g:R→R is analytic and where (x,t)∈R2. The latter solutions are thus exponentially localized in the spatial variable as well as quasiperiodic in the time variable in the traditional sense of Bohl and Esclangon.
