On compare les performances de l'Algorithme à table de congestion dynamique (DCT), avec une mise en œuvre en Pascal de l'Algorithme SPF-ARPANET (à mémoire tampon infinie) actuel. On évalue les paramètres globaux de transit, de délai et de puissance pour 10 et 20 sections de nœuds d'ARPANET, pour un service M/M/1 et des distributions entre arrivées de la mémoire tampon du nœud ordinateur, de manière à obtenir le temps moyen d'attente du nœud ordinateur. On montre que l'algorithme ACT est indépendant de la topologie et qu'il peut donc s'appliquer aux réseaux informatiques à stockage centralisé aussi bien que distribué.
