Le questionnaire: «Difficultés et Changements exprimés» adressé à la fois au patient et au thérapeute analyse la manière dont ils expriment: 1) les principales difficultés présentées par le patient au début et à la fin de la prise en charge; 2) certaines attitudes du thérapeute et de l'entourage face au patient. Une analyse de contenu codifiée dégage et évalue plusieurs variables, permettant d'obtenir: a) une typologie de la réalité psychique des sujets; b) certains éléments de l'interaction patient-thérapeute; c) l'appréciation des changements grâce au classement des variables sur des axes orientés.
