When the profit drops, many traditional consultant firms and those offering education and training adopt the concept of frankchising to help enterprises plan and operate.Experienced consultants need to make use of the current management strategies and know-how to understand consumers’ needs, provide enterprises integrated services, understand the information in the market promptly in order to modify marketing strategies, help enterprises maintain the customer satisfaction and create profits, and furthermore build up strong brand assets. This research provides a CKM model for education and training frankchising business and investigates the feasibility of the model.At the first stage, experts’ opions were collected by questionnaires and employed nominal group technique (NGT) to evaluate and revise factors in this model and generate a preliminary model. At the second stage, the preliminary model was again modified based on case study. At the third stage, a survey was conducted. The result shows that participants think the model can be operated and applied to various types of industries. After verification at three stages, the feasibility model for implementation strategy is: CKM needs to align with business strategies. Business strategies need to align with technology strategy. Auditing contributes to understanding that organizes enterprise's knowledge and relation assets present situation. Business needs to establish an inter-organization and cross-funcational team and a comprehensive technology blueprint. Consider current organizational resources and plan for step-by-step implementation. Establish knowledge sharing culture and performance evaluation.
