This paper is aiming at the『Using Touch Panel Device to Implement the Human Machine System』 as the research object, and it is mainly developed the interface of touch panel and the LCD Touch Panel Module (LTM) board system. Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is used to generate the Serial Control Signals to control the 4.3-inch TFT LCD module, as well as convert AD7843 analog signals into digital signals in order to realize the entire control system. Within the digital system concept, it needs to use FPGA chip/IC to realize the circuit digitalization. FPGA chip/IC is applied to compile the hardware descriptive language methods to realize the function of logic circuit which conformed to the current LCD Touch Panel Module (LTM) board system. Program compiling is conducted with aiming at the hardware development board of TFT LCD module, and the control circuit and parameter of AD7843; in addition, the procedures of program behavior analysis, program partition and program synthesis are implemented in the process of program development. For the function of Digital Touch Panel Input Buzzer System, a very large hardware compiler has been jointly synthesized, and with using Quartus II software tools to simulate the correctness of entire logic circuit signals in order to conform to the logic control circuit of the LCD Touch Panel Module (LTM) board control system. Along with using Altera DE2-70 platform logic numbers of FPGA, sufficient memory cells and intact peripheries, the systematic optimization is implemented in order to conform to the demands in not only reducing the cost for embedded system, but also possessing the concept of Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction as well.
