In recent years, the competition between enterprises is fiercer under the trend globalized. So, how to keep up with the highly changeable environment before competitors is very important. Business Intelligence (BI) manages a large number of manufacturing data collected in the course to turn the behavior avoiding being guesstimated and ignorant state into information, knowledge, and intelligence. It provides predicting ability to help administrator''s fast, correct formulation decision. The case company has founded the factory and merged continuously for many years. It has become one of the domestic TFT-LCD leading manufacturers in Taiwan. How could the company face the complicated and uncertain user requirements then buildup business intelligence system successfully is focal point that just wants to probe into with this research institute. The materials of this research is collected by interview, way of observing etc. Of case study, we understand how CIM department of A-Company buildup business intelligence system successfully in case of growing up fast. The conclusion of this study is summing-up to divide into three literary compositions: 1. System migration: In order to met the requirements that the change of case company’s fast expanding and operation way, BI system was revised constantly. Both scope and depth of manufacture material was integrated progressively. CIM department also obtained support of the senior level executive in the course and put into resources and help to reduce resisting to new system of user of different levels continuously. 2. System Development: Consider the mastering of own technology, systematic elasticity, cost, maintenance etc, case department trains through systematic advisor, created a technical team, purchased the key components etc. outside. They obtained the goal that systematic technology totally makes in order to reach the system by itself. 3. Achievement: Case Company integrated the information of manufacturing from data to information, knowledge and intelligence progressively. Offering the reference of decision iii to administrators. The in-house systems by a wide margin reducing system develop, maintain cost. Of course, the system can be modified at any time for enterprise’s requirement by increasing the systematic competitiveness elasticity. Keywords: Business Intelligence.
