The demand for small-sized TFT-LCD panels continues to increase every year. It needs a small-volume production of wide range of different products to respond to the rapid changes in market. TFT-LCD Module production is assembling process to put the TFT-LCD into an unit. There are three major processes in the TFT-LCD Module production line. They are COG(Chip On Glass), OLB(Outer Leader Bonding) and PCB (PCB Bonding), which are executed by 10 workstations arranged one by one in a line. We called it one-dragon production line(1D-PL). 1D-PL can be an efficient production line, when only a single product without variation is produced. When the products become small volume and wide varieties, 1D-PL many restrictions. In order to improve this 1D-PL, we study on the flexibility configuration and generic control for this production line. For designing the flexibility configuration and generic control of the 1D-PL, we adept the to model the operation of the 1D-PL due to its high flexibility and powerful description capability in flexible production line modeling. In this paper, OFT-PN was used to model the control of 1D-PL with standard mode, dual-flow mode, 2set dual-flow mode, and a triple flow mode accordingly. Finally, all these modes, or even more, was combined to be model by a single OFT-PN such that the 1D-PL can be operation in any mode of configuration.
