Since the establishment, Uni-President Corporation has always been committed to building a talented team, pursuing an excellent corporate culture. And spares no effort in serving customers, improving quality and innovating new products. It is one of the best food companies in Taiwan. It had already begun investing in China for nearly 30 years since 1992. The successfully development in China due to the leadership of the organization is indispensable;however, the strategies which respond to the constant changes environment is also critical. After literature review and in-depth interview data collection, the study divides the growth process of Uni-President Corporation into two major periods: entrepreneurship and internationalization. Then, the investment of China divided into three stages: Preparatory stage, Trial stage and Expansion of Regional Market stage. After the research and analysis of this study, the conclusions were the following: 1. The strategy of entry mode require adjustment by the time and the environment. 2. The competitive advantage lies on building the intensive distribution brand and the relationship with local governments, companies and customers. 3. The experience of distribution system in Taiwan is not fully applicable to China. How to obtain new competitive advantages and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is a question that enterprises need to consider when investing in new markets. Therefore, it is more important to do evaluation before the assessment. So this study explored the entry modes of Uni-President Corporation investing the China market, then analyzed it with The Eclectic Paradigm of International Production and Integration-Responsiveness model. Analyzing and discussing the rationality of the entry strategy and the way to unify the survival and development of the company's globalization. It will not only lay the foundation for Taiwanese enterprises that want to develop in the future, but also make it as reference and consultation.
