Along with the progress of technology and medicine, most countries account the problem of demographic structure-the elderly increase rapidly but the birth rates are falling remarkablely. In recent years, the elderly with physical and mental impairment and the disable people caused by illness and accident are increasing, contributes to an increased need for long-term care(LTC). So the LTC issue attracts more and more care and policy establishing becomes urgent. Life expectancy is going up but fertilization is growing down,so family members is less and the support is weak. This cause troubles in LTC.Caregivers must take care the families and work hard at the same time, which increases living stress. It isn’t uncommon for caregivers to commit suicide because the unbearablee burden. If the stress could be lessen in due time, we may see less miseries. Negative emotion hurt bodies and mind, which causes dangerous situation. Having positive attitude, Caregivers could get the sense of achievement and feel glorious for their work, that will strengthen their mind to against stress. Living satisfaction is a subjective and complicated value and concept. It can reveal subject’s happy affection. This can be used to evaluate life guality, living satisfaction, social activities and to anticipate the risk of suicde. The research use questionnaire to collect data,interviewed subject face to face at working place and seminar. Based on the data,we could study the correlation of caregivers’ positive psychology, work stress and life satisfaction, and the difference between caregivers come from any background. Based on the study, wish to provide conclusion and suggestion to authorities and policymakers, and to provide the reference for designing lesson, setting activities, and afterward research.
