This report presents a study that originates from initiatives to finance local co-produced research and development project at the School of Education, Culture and Communication, Mälardalen University. The study examines ideas about co-production and co-produced R&D that emerge in two calls for financial funds for co-produced research and development projects in the field of Educational Sciences. The two calls were initiated by the university's collaboration platform for teacher education, Mälardalen's Competence Centre for Learning, MKL. They took place in 2015-2016 and 2017-2018. The purpose of the study is to describe the two calls for financial funding and to identify and analyze different ideas about collaboration and co-produced R&D. This has been investigated partly in relation to the overall processes, partly in relation to individual research projects. An extensive text material consisting of, among other things, information texts and application forms at a process level, as well as project plans and final reports at a project level, has been analyzed in the study. The material comprises approximately 450 pages, or roughly 60 documents. These have been analyzed using a descriptive and idea analytical approach (Bergström & Svärd 2018, Vedung 2018) with the aim to identify ideas about collaboration and co-production. The material was divided into process and project documentation and analyzed based on the purpose of the study and the following three research questions: 1. What ideas about co-produced research and development can be identified in the documentation, at process and project levels? 2. How are processes and participating actors described, in terms of roles in co-production? 3. What changes regarding processes, roles and ideas about co-produced research and development can be discerned in the documentation over time? The results section is divided into two parts and follows the chronology of the calls, i.e. analysis of the
