The article presents a study on the comparative cytotoxicity analysis of wollastonite on rat hepatocytes. The study measured the malonaldehyde (MDA) formation in control and treated hepatocyte suspensions. The study reveals increased MDA formation observed in hepatocytes which was incubated in three hours with chrysotile and wollastoDites. The study indicates less lipid peroxidation (LPO) during the incubation of hepatocytes with wollastoDites and chrysotile.
