The article presents the author's comment on the process of industrial waste control at Burlington Industries Inc. The author says that no one else was going to help them much in their waste treatment situation, and that any lasting solution would, in large measure, have to be of their own making. He says that they cannot expect the press, radio or television to react favorably about their concern and efforts until they have made newsworthy progress and let them know about it.
