In this article, the author focuses on the HE STEM, a library support scheme by the University of Nottingham in Nottingham, England to provide aid to science and engineering students on library issues through their peers acting as Learning Resource Leaders (LRL). Topics discussed include starting of the project in association with the Loughborough University in Loughborough, England, library staff's role in the scheme and activities used by LRLs to promote libraries to their peers.
