The article focuses on the strategy formulated by the Municipal Agency Body of Sports (MABS) for the increasing demand of sport activities in Granada, Spain. The MABS has adopted a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) with the help of a special consultant and a research team to determine its efficiency. The BSC was found out to be an effective tool in both public and private sector because of its inherent adaptability.
